Every Friday at 16:00 Beirut time, one warm paragraph per child in the parent's language — Arabic, French or English — sent on WhatsApp and in the app. Every number in the text is checked against the data before sending.

The approval queue, as a teacher sees it

A class is drafted in one batch. Each card carries the student, the subject, the model and the prompt version. The teacher edits in place; an edited draft is marked, and the approval records who approved what.

  • Only first names ever reach the model — never family names, phones, addresses or ID numbers.
  • Every generation is stored in an audit table: model, prompt version, tokens, status, approver.
  • Digests state only facts present in the data; any unverified number blocks the message.
  • No advertising or analytics SDKs in the parent and student apps.
  • If AI is unavailable, the school runs exactly as before. Core operations never depend on it.
  • AI is a plan feature, not a requirement — a school can switch it off entirely.
