These are the conversations that get easier, which is a different question from how long the feature list is. Here is what the office, the staff room and the parents notice first.

The office knows what is outstanding
The finance tab shows what you expected to collect this year against what has actually arrived, broken down by family and by how long each installment has been overdue. Every payment produces a numbered PDF receipt, whether it came in as cash, a cheque, a Whish transfer or a bank transfer.

Teachers spend less of the evening on paperwork
Attendance takes a few taps on a phone, with or without a signal. Grades entered during a cut are held on the device and sent once the line comes back. At the end of term each teacher receives a drafted comment for every student, which they edit and approve.

Parents stop calling the office

The AI layer
A teacher approves every AI draft before anyone reads it
At the end of term AiLycée drafts a short comment for each student from that student’s own grades, trends and attendance, written in the school’s report language. The teacher reads it, edits it and approves it. Nothing reaches a bulletin without that click.

What a parent actually sees
The app a parent opens on Friday evening
Parents are the reason schools stop churning. They get the week in their own language (Arabic, French or English) independently of the language the school teaches in, and it reads on a phone with no signal because the last update is stored on the device.
One weekly summary, not fifteen notifications
A short paragraph every Friday at 16:00 covering grades, attendance and what is coming, on WhatsApp and in the app.

Installments, what is paid, what is due, and every PDF receipt with its verification QR.

The school keeps running through a power cut
Electricity and internet cuts
Teacher and parent apps hold their data on the device and sync when the line returns. Conflicts are logged and the newer value kept, never silently overwritten.
Fresh USD, cash, cheque and Whish
Amounts are stored as USD cents with an LBP display rate your school sets. Payments are recorded, not processed; the receipt is the deliverable.
Parents live on WhatsApp
Absence alerts, digests and receipts go out as WhatsApp templates with SMS fallback and push for app users. Teachers never hand out a personal number.
Two programmes, one school
The francophone side can mark out of 20 with coefficients and a moyenne while the anglophone side marks out of 100 with letter bands, in the same school and the same term.
